Since 1993, Mr. Stan Bent has served as Owner and Managing Attorney of H. S. Bent & Associates in Newport Beach, California. Through his practice, Stan Bent manages a wide range of legal matters, including business law (entity formations, contracts, leases, employment agreements), estate law (wills, living wills, trusts, powers of attorney, physician directives), and bankruptcy law (debt counseling and negotiation, Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy filings). Prior to establishing H. S. Bent & Associates, Stan Bent served as Co-Founder and Managing Attorney for the Law Office of Parks & Bent in Santa Ana, California. Before entering the law field, Stan Bent attended the University of California, Berkeley, where he earned a B.A. in Interdepartmental Studies. Stan Bent received his J.D. from the Western State University College of Law. Beyond his work in the legal field, attorney Stan Bent also stays active in charitable work. A proponent of environmental causes, Stan Bent currently supports Surfrider Foundation and Community Conservancy International. Stan Bent also advocates for animal rights through his contributions to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
